How to use:
Our Dermacton Spray comes in a bottle with an easy-to-use trigger spray. The Dermacton Spray is also ok to use on sore or broken skin.
- Spray a small amount of product onto each area – Ensuring that the product reaches the skin (You may need to part the hair). (If you are covering small areas or areas with little/no hair you could alternatively choose our Dermacton Cream)
- Allow to absorb into the skin- While there are no issues if your dog licks the product off, it needs a couple of minutes to soak in to work effectively.
- Reapply as necessary – We usually advise 1-3 times a day

Orders are sent from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service.
Delivery typically takes 7- 10 days but can take up to 4 weeks during busy periods. Please track your order with the tracking information that was provided when it was dispatched and please allow 4 weeks before contacting us regarding delivery.
All orders are sent UK tax-free and you will be contacted by customs to make payment of any duties and fees that are collected by US Customs.

This must be requested within 60 days from the original purchase date, and the products subsequently returned to us within the next 7 days. It doesn't matter how much of the products you have used, but you must return all used and unused product with original packaging.
You are responsible for the full postage costs of returning the used/unused products, and we also recommend that you also obtain a proof of postage.
We will process your refund within 2 working days of receipt of your returned products, though if you paid by card, please allow another 5 working days for it to appear on your statement.
